File & Pay Your Tax Return

The Town of Parker partners with Xpress Bill Pay to provide a service that will allow you to both file and pay your sales tax returns online (including $0 and past due returns). Please note that all transactions will be processed the same day they are initiated. You can file your return anytime and return on the 20th to submit your payment.

Looking for your PIN so you can link your Xpress Bill Pay account to your Town of Parker sales tax account? All taxpayers received a printed return with their 2015-2016 business license that included your 5 digit PIN next to your account number in the upper left hand corner.
Paper Returns
Beginning January 1, 2015 the Town of Parker is requiring all paper returns to include a pre-printed barcode identifying the taxpayer. These returns were mailed to all businesses required to file a tax return with your 2015-2016 Business and Tax License. If you did not receive a barcoded return or would like another copy please email or call 303.805.3228.

Completed paper returns and checks can be mailed to our payment address, dropped off at Town Hall, emailed or faxed to 303.805.3219.
ACH Credit Payments - New in 2015!
The Town of Parker is now accepting sales tax payments via ACH Credit for returns filed either online through Xpress Bill Pay or on paper using a barcoded return. Bank information can be requested from the sales tax division at 303.805.3228.

To ensure that your payment is applied to the correct account a notification of transmittal including amount(s) paid and corresponding account number(s) is required for each ACH Credit. This notification can be emailed to or faxed to 303.805.3219.
