2023 GID Election

The Town of Parker will conduct a special election on Nov. 7, 2023 on behalf of the Town of Parker My Mainstreet General Improvement District to ask whether eligible voters of the District wish to impose an ad valorem tax, not to exceed 45 mills, on the real property contained within the District.

Only those eligible electors within the District are allowed to vote. If a majority of the votes cast on the ballot question authorize the tax increase as proposed, it will result in the imposition of up to 45 mills on the property contained within the District (currently only the surface estate of Lot 4, Mainstreet and Pine Marketplace 4th Amendment).
