  1. FREE Women's Wellness Day

    National Women’s Health Week is a weeklong health observance coordinated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health. It brings together communities, businesses, government, health organizations, and other groups in an effort to promote women’s health. The theme for 2012 is “It’s Your Time.” National Women’s Health Week empowers women to make their health a top priority. To celebrate the Parker Parks and Recreation Department will be offering a Women's Wellness Day on Wednesday, May 16 from 9-11 a.m. and 2:30-5 p.m. Free demo's will be offered on various services including Pilates Reformer, Stretch and Flexibility and Private Yoga Personal Training. On Saturday, May 19 from 9 to 11 a.m. demo's will be offered in Thai Yoga Massage. To sign up please contact the Front Desk at 303.841.4500.

    National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a nationwide health and fitness event for older adults. This year's event will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
