Join coworkers, neighbors and friends to show the pump who is boss on Bike to Work Day, 2011! On Wednesday, June 22 the Town and the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) invite thousands of commuters to forget about gas prices and bike to work!
The Town will host its annual Breakfast Station on the Cherry Creek Trail under the E-470 overpass. Riders will fuel up with refreshments and coupons provided by goodnessKnows, Vitamin Cottage, Sprouts, Bing Energy Drink, Panera Bread, Noodles & Co., Chipotle and Funky Brewster coffee. The first 200 riders to stop at Parker’s Breakfast Station will also receive an official Bike To Work Day T-Shirt! The breakfast station will be open from 6:30 to 9 a.m. and a bike technician from the Parker location of Treads will be available to aid the biking commuters.
Register that you’re biking to work and win prizes! Bike to Work Day is organized by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), in partnership with a large and enthusiastic group of community partners. All registered participants will be eligible for DRCOG’s random prize drawing including a Series 1.5 Trek Road bike, concert and sporting event tickets, gift certificates and athletic memberships!
