The Town of Parker recently formed the Parker Authority for Reinvestment (PAR) to act as an urban renewal authority to facilitate redevelopment of Parker's downtown area.

The public is invited to attend a series of stakeholder meetings to develop an Urban Renewal Plan. It is important to PAR that this process be open to all stakeholders and that the final plan reflect the infrastructure and economic needs of the downtown area. Leland Consulting has been hired to help facilitate the development of this plan.
