Land Development Code

The Parker Land Development Code was enacted to preserve and promote public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the Town and of the public generally and to encourage and facilitate the orderly growth and expansion of the Town.

The Code covers issues pertaining to zoning, subdivision and process for proposed annexation and development applications.

The on-line Land Development code is the most current codified document. Approved new Ordinances affecting this code will appear ahead of the current codified document.
