Parker Downs Filing No. 3, Lot 4 - Replat [Application RP 11-003]
Application Summary
Proposed Replat to divide Lot 4 of Parker Downs Filing No. 3 into two (2) lots.  Currently, there are two (2) existing free-standing buildings on Lot 4.  The Replat will facilitate separate ownership of each building and land to independent owner occupants.  In addition, a cross access easement will be dedicated with this Replat to provide full access to both lots.
