The Parker Police Department provides exemplary, year-round, 24-hour service to citizens of the Town of Parker and adheres to the highest standards of ethical behavior. As of June 2009, the department has 58 sworn officers. The police workforce also includes 32 full- or part-time civilian personnel.

The Police Department takes pride in educating area businesses by offering crime prevention tips, security assessments, involvement in grand openings and attendance at special events. Officers conduct foot patrols and regularly communicate with businesses to build partnerships and offer assistance.
