The Town Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of
the Town. This Office implements the policies set by Town
Council and oversees the operations of the Town as
a whole.

Oversees internal administrative and support functions, which includes Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, Organizational Development, Project Management and Administrative Services.

The Town Clerk is the custodian of all Town legal documents (such
as Council
Minutes, Agendas and the Municipal
Code), handles municipal elections,
manages the master filing system for the Town, issues liquor
licenses, and registers incorporated Parker residents
to vote.
The Clerk's Office also handles open
records requests and oversees the Special
Licensing Authority.

The Community Affairs Department works to enhance Town communication
with citizens, the media and other interested parties. They produce
the Talk
of the Town, a newsletter for Parker residents,
along with a variety of publications and brochures about Town services and procedures.
They also oversee the Town's website and citizen
survey, and issue news
releases. This division also maintains our

on the website.

The Community Development Department consists of four divisions;
Development Review, Comprehensive Planning, Building Permits,
and Neighborhood Enhancement.
The Development Review Division is responsible for processing land use applications such as requests for Annexation, Rezoning, Site Plans and Subdivision Plats. This Division also reviews sign permits, special and temporary use permits, Home Based Occupation applications and requests for variances from the Land Use Code.
The
Comprehensive
Planning Division develops and implements the Town’s Master Plan and other long term plans and programs that reflect
the community’s vision and that guide the future of Parker.
The Division also maintains demographics data on the Parker community.
The
Building
Division is responsible for reviewing and approving requests
for building
and sign permits
in the Town of Parker
The
Neighborhood
Enhancement Division is responsible for enforcement of Parker's
Land Use Codes and Ordinances. The division also works closely
with Parker's Neighborhoods and Homeowner's Associations to help
them understand and comply with Parker's codes and ordinances.
This division also handles Parker's Animal Control Services.

The Public Works Department is in charge of all issues involving
streets
and parks maintenance in incorporated Parker, including engineering,
street and bridge maintenance, traffic signals, equipment services, road and
parks capital projects, flood plain management, stormwater
drainage, parks
and trails
maintenance, and snow removal.
They also issue right of way, access, grading and floodplain permits.

The Town's Recreation Department oversees all operational aspects
of the Parker
Recreation Center, the Mainstreet
Center, and the Parker Fieldhouse, all of which have rental
facilities available for a fee.
This
department also offers youth and adult classes
and activities for all ages including cultural
events, sport
leagues, and youth swimming
lessons.
The administrative staff is housed at Parker Town

The Risk Management Division is responsible for all Town risk
management and prevention issues including risk identification
and evaluation, claims management, administering worker's compensation
and early return to work programs. The division is also responsible
for ADA issues, conducting safety training, monitoring random drug testing
program and motor vehicle records checks, managing accident reporting
and investigations, participating in Department Safety Committees
and developing the Town's Loss Control Program.
