Right-of-Way Use Permits

Right-of-Way Use permits are required for all construction or alteration to take place within the Town of Parker public right-of-way. This permit is necessary to ensure that all construction or alteration within the Town of Parker right-of-way is in compliance with Town of Parker standards. Right-of-Way Use permits are administered through the Public Works Department, with technical reviews and inspections performed by the Public Works Department Engineering Staff.
