Grading permits are required for all projects that include earth movement or significant land disturbances within the Town of Parker. The permit is necessary to ensure Construction Best Management Practices (BMPs) have been appropriately planned for a project, prior to the start of construction activities. Grading permits are administered through the Public Works Department, with the technical reviews and inspections performed by the Stormwater Utility Staff.
