Facility Rentals

Many Town of Parker facilities are available for rental to individuals or outside groups for special events, meetings, weddings and other gatherings. Contact information for each facility is listed below. Special arrangements must be made if you plan to serve alcohol at any Town facility and in some cases it is not allowed. Please contact us at 303.841.4500 for more information.

User Group Definitions:

Community:Town residents, service groups, community groups, churches, schools, sports associations, HOA’s.

Profit:All for profit businesses, groups and individuals.

Non-Profit: 501(c)(3) Proof of status is required.

Primetime:
Monday-Friday 6 to 11 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Non-Primetime:
Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

MAINSTREET CENTER

Several rooms are available for rental in this facility including classrooms, a gymnasium, an auditorium and the historic Ruth Memorial Chapel. Chairs and tables are available for use at your activities. Audio Visual Equipment and Lighting/Sound is available by quote depending on your needs. All other equipment, such as decorations, additional sound or lighting, or other visual aids must be provided by the facility renter. Details and rates on some of the specific rooms in this facility follow. A $250 refundable damage deposit is required for all Mainstreet Center and Ruth Memorial Chapel facility rentals. Fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee is due at the time a reservation is made.

Please note that construction on the Mainstreet streetscape project will impact access to the Mainstreet Center and Ruth Memorial Chapel during certain phases of the work. To access the Mainstreet Center Complex during construction, enter the parking lot via Pikes Peak Drive/Pikes Peak Court. Pikes Peak Drive can be accessed either from Mainstreet or from Parker Road via Clubhouse Drive.

Auditorium:
The Mainstreet Center auditorium has seating to accommodate 200. This room is ideal for plays, recitals, concerts, large classes or workshops, speaking events, or other large audience activities.

Gymnasium:
The gymnasium, which can accommodate 175 people, is a perfect location for events that will have a large amount of children present such as indoor sports, dance classes and youth groups. It can also be used for wedding receptions and parties.

Classrooms:
Classrooms in the Mainstreet Center can hold up to 40 people and are ideal for classes, workshops, small meetings or seminars. Tables and chairs are included in rental as available.

RUTH MEMORIAL CHAPEL

Ruth Chapel, located next door to the Mainstreet Center, is on the National Register of Historic Places, has seating for 70 and is the perfect place for small weddings, church groups or quiet meetings. Wedding decorations are not provided by the Mainstreet Center.

Rate: $100/hour
Wedding Package Rate: $400 and up. Wedding packages include one hour rehearsal, plus three hours for decorating, ceremony, photos and cleanup.

RECREATION CENTER

The Recreation Center has three activity rooms available for public rental, with capacities from 20-50 people. For larger groups, activity rooms 1 and 2 can be combined. Tables and chairs are included in rental as available. Payment is due at the time of your reservation. The Recreation Center's triple gymnasium is also available for rentals.

Birthday Party Packages
Birthday party packages at the Recreation Center include the rental of a party room for 1½ hours, plus admission into the pool. Time spent in the pool is unlimited during open swim times. This package includes up to 15 kids and 2 adults for $75. Additional guests pay daily admission. Payment is due at the time of your reservation. All food, beverages and decorations must be provided by the renter.

PARKER FIELDHOUSE

The Parker Fieldhouse offers 100,000 square feet of action and excitement! Sports turf, batting cages, gymnasiums, inline rink with Sport Court flooring, climbing wall, elevated track, fitness loft and an indoor playground make this building ideal for team practices, tournaments, birthday parties and large events.

Birthday Party Packages
The Fieldhouse is a fun location for your active child's next birthday party! Birthday party packages are available for Gym sports, Turf sports, Sport Court (inline or roller skating), Batting Cages, and Climbing wall. All parties include a party host(ess) who will facilitate play and serve cake, ice cream and punch. Plan on one hour for your activity/play time, plus 30 minutes in the party space for cake, ice cream, punch and presents. Color invitations and paper goods are included with your party. Balloons and favors are available for a small fee. Reservations must be made a minimum of 10 days in advance and a $50 deposit is required.

H2O'BRIEN POOL

Host your next party or corporate event at H2O'Brien Pool. Rentals are available Memorial Day through Labor Day only. 2009 Party and Rental reservations may be made beginning May 1. Call 303.841.4500 for details.

Birthday Party Packages
Celebrate at H2O’Brien Pool! New Party + packages include 1 1/2 hours tent or pavilion rental, unlimited daily swim pass, invitiations, punch, Cold Stone ice cream cake, paper products, table cloths, plus a host for 45 minutes to serve cake, set up and clean up and priority entrance to the pool for up to 15 guests. A new party ++ package includes everything listed above, plus a hot dog, chips and soda or water for each person, up to 15 guests. Additional guests who enter the pool will need to pay a fee even if they will not be swimming. Please call for pricing on additional guests. It is best if all partygoers are admitted at the same time. Party reservations must be secured with a credit card or check. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Call 303.841.4500, ext. 3285 to schedule your party. Pool policies regarding adult supervision will be strictly enforced.

Groups may purchase 10-Visit punch cards at the front desk for a discounted admission rate at other times of the day or on weekends. Groups entering with a punch card will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis with the general public. Guests must use punches from the appropriate height category.

Full Facility Rental
Rent H2O'Brien Pool for your next large group gathering! H2O'Brien Pool is available for corporate, school, church, or private parties in the evenings after 6:30 p.m. Rental fees are $325 per hour, plus a $75 cleaning fee. Pool capacity for rentals is 500 guests. Facility rentals must be paid in full in advance.
