We join you in being disappointed that the Parker Stars and Stripes Celebration has been Canceled for 2020.

However, you can still celebrate with the Town from your own home by tuning into the Independence Day Porch Party!  Where you can participate in contests, interact with the Town and neighbors, enjoy entertainment for adults and kids alike and even see a virtual fireworks show!  Visit ParkerOnline.org/PorchParty for more details!

Due to the uncertainty of restrictions on gatherings, the challenges of monitoring and enforcing social distancing and the amount of advance preparation necessary, the Town has made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Parker Stars and Stripes Celebration and fireworks show on July 4, 2020. While we are extremely saddened to make this very hard decision and know our community will be disappointed, please know that this step was taken with the health and safety of our community in mind. 

We look forward to a time, hopefully in the not so distant future, when we can once again gather together as a community. Until then, the Town is finding other ways for our community to still celebrate the best of summer and Parker’s hometown spirit with the Parker Porch Party Series sponsored by Xfinity.
