The 2019 Election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019. The Town has prepared factual summaries of the nine local measures (Questions 2–10) to be considered on the ballot for the November 5, 2019, special election. There will be one additional ballot measure (Question 1), which will be included in the Analysis of the 2019 Ballot Proposals (a/k/a the “Blue Book”) published by Douglas County. In accordance with the Colorado Fair Campaign Practices Act, the factual summaries, which include arguments both for and against the proposals, do not contain a conclusion in favor or against any proposal and are not intended to urge a vote one way or another.
