Eligible Licensees: Manufacturers, Limited Wineries, Wholesalers, Beer and Wine licensees, Hotel and Restaurant, Taverns, Brew Pubs, Vintner’s Restaurants, and Distillery Pubs.
Once a host licensee obtains a permit, it may hold up to nine (9) festivals per year, so long as it notifies the state and local licensing authority, by application, at least 30 business days in advance of the festival. Other eligible licensees may participate in the festival without obtaining their own permit, so long as there is a valid festival permit held by the hosting licensee. Any host licensee that applies for a festival permit from the Town will also need to obtain a community event permit if on Town property.
